TRAPEZE

Celine Trapeze Bag

I am proud to say that everything "unnecessary" but those that I really wanted, I have tried to provide it by myself. Not trying to be corny, but as a full-time student and only working for short terms, it does take a while to have enough savings. Yet, the satisfaction and excitement when you can finally go to the store and bring the "baby" home cannot be compared when you haven't put in the hard work and the waiting. Thus, one bag every one or two years is reasonable. I also consider myself more of a shoe girl than a bag girl, so I always buy more shoes.
With receiving more frequent sunshine, I wanted something more vibrant. Still unable to give up some edginess, it felt uncomfortable getting something out-right bright. "Celineish" with its clean lines, the trapeze bag is vibrant enough (at least for me) with the pop-out blue and soft white that looks perfect for summer. The bottom black piece satisfies the edginess and sophistication still. The bottom black also decreases the maintenance as you don't have to worry as much as where you are landing it. With plenty of space to carry all of my day time carry-ons, this is my happily invested 2015 goodie sack.

There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.

SERIOUS

Euro Moda Jacket/ Forever 21 Denim Shirt

Heading out to have brunch with friends and I got a paparazzi snap-shot while listening to the final parental instructions.  I have been wearing this grey coat almost every day as it is extremely convenient, easy to dress up or down, and suitable for work or any other occasions. The trick is to switch different scarfs to hide the reality and make the look more diverse each time.

When everything feels like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top.

PISCES

New change, new look. Just adjusted my makeup routine to go with my freshly cut shorter hair. I decided to make a simple smokier version of what I do with dark brown eyeshadow messily smudged on the eyelids, and eyeliner pencil all around my upper and lower lashline. What I hate most is un-matcing eyebrows and hair so I used a lighter brow gel to make my hair all in one tone. Less sweet, a bit mature, and I hope somehow a little tiny bit more seductive.

NEW LOOK

Escada Hugo Jacket/ Alexander Wang Shirt/ BDG Super High-rise Jeans/ Stella Luna Pumps

It has been months since my discussion about short hair. I am not the type of girl that needs emotional therapy before getting major changes, but I still need a good reason and some pushing. I was planning my trip to Thailand and felt long wavy hair would be sexier with bikinis and the beach, so I kept in until I got back last week. So here it is, my asymmetric long bob with my new hair shade.

Wearing a green jacket that I think looks lovely with my nut-brown hair. The embroiled details are decorative enough so I kept the rest minimal with a white shirt and my all time favorite high-waisted jeans.

I got a new look.

Say yes, and you'll figure it out afterwards. ___Tina Fey
