Indulgence

Finulite Cellulite Smoothing Massage Mitt

This lotus seedpod looking massage is my newest indulgence for the legs. Pairing it with the Peace Love & Juicy Couture Body Lotion, I massage in a circular rotating motion. It releases stress from walking all day, exfoliates skin, and tones the legs. I significantly see a difference of leg slimming from the first use. Favorite item and now I can't stop.

Gold Sand

A simple golden shimmering eye to wear on a daily basis. I have recently been liking cream eye shadows as they only require the finger tips to apply, highly pigmented, have a more "smudged" effect, and is longer lasting. Honestly speaking, I am not familiar with Mary Kay products but I got these samples in the mail and decided to give them a dry. The two colors are extremely beautiful, both with a shimmery tint, but is not dramatic at all to wear in the daytime.

Products used:

RMK Foundation (102)
The Body Shop Concealer (02)
MAC Studio Fix Fluid (NC44)
MAC mineralize bronzer (Medium Deep)
YSL Semi Loose Powder
Mary Kay Cream Eye Color (Iced Cocoa)
Mary Kay Cream Eye Color (Beach Blonde)
Bobbi Brown Eyeliner Gel (Black Ink)
Mary Kay Lash Love Waterproof Mascara
Benefit Blush (Dandelion)
Chanel Lipstick (Royallieu)
Chanel Lipgloss (Scintillantes)

I tapped the Iced Cocoa shadow all over my eyelid and high lighted my inner corners of the eyes with Beach Blonde. Eyeliner, and the must mascara. I kept the lips neutral with a rosy color by Chanel Royallieu, and ended with Scintillantes Lipgloss.

Having the hardest time trying to display the "whole face" look. I try to make it look less like a selfie as possible, but since my eyelids are so small, the colors don't show up well, and it looks like a selfie after all.  I will have to find a way to work this out.... expect improvements!

Windy

                                                                              BCBG MaxAzria Blazer/ J Crew Shirt/ Trafaluc Jeans/ Fergie Pumps/ Asos Earcuff/ Unknown Necklace

My brother and I decided to grab brunch this Saturday and came across a one hour and a half wait. Thus, we went across the street to take pictures... talking about time efficiency!
I really like the fact that I am the only person in such light colors, everyone else have switched to the Autumn/Winter mode and dressed in blacks and brown. Not saying that dark colors are not beautiful, but it is never a bad idea to go the other way for a change. As you can see, it was also incredibly windy, blowing my hair and blazer in all directions..... I tried to work with it the best I could.
First time wearing this ear cuff I got from ASOS this summer. People on streets actually asked it is was an earphone. Rocking it like an earphone then.

By the way, brunch at Portage Cafe was delicious. It was definitely worth the wait......

Autumn Palette

BCBG MaxAzria Blazer/ American Apparel Tank/ Forever 21 Leggings/ BCBG MaxAzria Rings/ Dena Earmuffs/ Stella Luna Pumps

It is that time of the year when the leaves all turn red and fall to carpet the streets. I really wanted to capture the scene so I got together with InYan last friday to shoot these. This is basically what I was wearing on a regular school day, I just switched into heels, added some more makeup and jeweled it up.
Honestly, I can't bare to accept the fact that the coming of autumn indicates that the cold freezing winters are not so far ahead. Frustration...... sometimes you just have to find the beauty of all the not so favorite things.

Black tipytoes

Stella Luna Pumps/ Michael Kors Watch/ Cartier Juste un Clou Ring/ Unknown Ring/ OPI Nail Polish in Barefoot in Barcelona

Gloomy Saturday. I asked a friend to help take a few pictures of the outfit, but they all turned out to be out of focus and this is the only two pictures I could use. Disclaimer for why I keep posting my STUFF.

So I think I could be a spokesperson for Stella Luna since I have so many pairs. These black pumps were another of my "harvests" when I was back in Beijing for the Summer and it is my first time wearing them. Simple but not that simple. They match everything, gives the outfit an extra sexy vibe, and will never be out of trend. Despite the point-toe, these were overall comfortable to walk in. Will be wearing them more often. Love!

Laura Mercier Mineral Powder

Product review on Laura Mercier's Mineral Powder. It is that age when the hormones are extra vigorous and the skin is full of flaws. I have combination skin and am acne prone. I preferably want to skip the makeup routine in mornings for a few extra minutes of sleep, but with concern not to scare anyone, minimal touch-ups here and there are still necessary. Decided to go with a mineral foundation as they seem lighter weight and healthier to wear on a daily basis.
Laura Mercier Mineral Powder in Natural Beige. It is buttery smooth with buildable coverage. I buffed it all over my face with a kabuki brush and focused a little more on my little red friends and dark under eyes. According to the list on the box, there is pearl powder as an ingredient which is quite exciting. Despite comparatively it feels drier than the BB cream I used before, I am enjoying the texture and the glowy finish.
Comparison of the before and after....pictures speak louder than a thousand words.

Creed Fragrance

Top to bottom: Creed Love In White/ Creed Acqua Florentina/ Creed Silver Mountain Water/ BCBG Max Azria Ring

How spoiled to say that Creed is the fragrance that should never be missing from my vanity. I try to stay away from anything sweet, and Creed's complex and lushly scents makes me go back to it every time.
If I was not confused, I think Silver Mountain Water is actually for mens. But once I smelt it, I had to own it anyway and it is still the favorite among all.

Now I am in dreams.....
