Danced Kizomba once when I was in Cambridge. Despite the first and only attempt never made me good enough to dance anything decent, Kizomba itself fascinated with its soft music, emotions, and connection with the partner. Interestingly, it is also gaining popularity in China and a friend invited me to a bar with latin dancing.

The promotional photographer of the event was friendly enough to take pictures of us when we asked him to, so we walked around the bar and took pictures in every corner we can find. So here we are, the three best friends, varying, unique, and in different stages of life, but it does not affect our laughter together.

If you know me, you will understand that my wardrobe is compiled with basic neutral colors, and such a bright floral dress is just out of ordinary. I received this dress as a present and it has been laying in my closet for at least four years collecting dust and never gained any interest. I was cleaning my closet and decided to sell it. For the style to be more current, I wore a white V-neck t-shirt underneath to represent the favorite style of this season. Definitely not something that I am comfortable wearing, but a change is good sometimes.

Cheap Monday Donna Slim Boyfriend Jeans/ Zara Long Shirt with Front Vent

Catching up with my daily outfit shots so I got my brother to take this one for me at the gas station on our way to the vet for Tobi cat. T-shirt and jeans are the most basic yet essential combination one can get. The front split and ripped jeans makes the basic combination not longer basic. I wonder what the drivers at the gas station think of this girl flipping her hair and putting her arms on her head while getting gas. Must be hilarious.

Catherine Jones Jewelry - Casual

Apart from fine jewelry, CUDT and Catherine Jones Jewelry also shot a causal theme. Instead of wearing expensive diamonds, it was more about metal and leather bracelets, wearing clothes we like to wear and capture scenes of how we hang out in campus with friends.  For the shoot, I am wearing an ASOS Boyfriend Shirt,  high waisted jeans by BDG, Catarzi Fedora Hat, metallic Strap Flats from Forever21, and The pieces worn can be found here.

The Cambridge Lookbook

Catherine Jones Jewelry has recently officially changed their name to Catherine Jones of Cambridge to emphasize their background as a Cambridge local-based business. As a sponsor of the university Dancesport team, me and other dancers wore our formal dresses to model for their new products. Taking pictures of the most significant sights in the University of Cambridge, we shot at the Bridge of Signs and St. Johns College Library. As a soon graduating student, it is also a unique and appropriate opportunity to record scenes of where I spent my graduate time.

UK Postcards

Gallery of a few pictures taken without a specific reason or focus during my time in the United Kingdom. Some were in Cambridge where I pursued my academics, and some were taken in London. Locations varied from Kings College, to Big Ben, Saint Pauls, or just strolling the streets. Such a gloomy but beautiful city.

BIKINI

A local designer plus model Georgina from Wales decides to launch her first bikini line. I was fortunate enough to be chosen to model for her design. These bikini are so classy and elegant, and the quality is worth recommending. I have also never shot such categorial content and it was interesting trying to work poses that were natural, and minimal showcasing the product from different angles. Will be updating the website for purchase once it launches!
